Tonecast is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. MAI-Voice is a model name used by Microsoft.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tonecast to impersonate real people, deceive listeners about who is speaking, harass anyone, or create content that is illegal. The prebuilt voices are synthetic; disclose AI-generated audio where your platform or law requires it.

Generated audio

Audio is produced by Microsoft’s MAI-Voice models and is subject to Microsoft’s applicable terms. You are responsible for checking that your use, including commercial use, complies with them.

Free tier

Free characters are limited per day and may change or pause without notice. The service is provided as is, without warranty.
