Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Tonecast. Because credits are delivered instantly and cost us money as soon as you generate audio, refunds follow these rules:

• Unused or barely used packs: a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have used less than 20% of the pack’s credits.
• Technical problems: if generation failed and credits were still deducted, we restore the credits or refund the purchase.
• Partly used packs beyond 20%, or requests after 14 days, are reviewed case by case.

How to request a refund

Email zixunxie2002@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number or credit code. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Creem, our payment provider, to your original payment method. Refunded credits are removed from the code.
