Acceptable use policy

Tonecast generates synthetic speech with licensed, prebuilt voices. It does not clone or imitate real people’s voices. You may not use Tonecast to:

• impersonate a real person, or present generated audio as a real person’s words;
• create scams, phishing calls, fake emergencies or other fraud;
• harass, threaten or defame anyone, or create hateful content;
• produce sexual content involving minors or any illegal content;
• spread election, health or financial disinformation;
• resell raw access to the service or overload it with automated requests.

AI disclosure

All audio from Tonecast is AI-generated. Label it as AI-generated wherever your platform, audience or local law requires it.

Enforcement

We may block requests, disable credit codes or refuse service when we see a breach of this policy. Report misuse to zixunxie2002@gmail.com.
